Tasting notes: it has a nose of extreme purity, exquisite, very varied and reminiscent of candied lemon peel which joins with hazelnut, mulberry and pineapple before the mineral vein lays off its complexity.
The taste is thick, which contrasts well with the acidity ensuring a perfect balance in the mouth.
Pairings: Excellent with shellfish, fish dishes, cheeses, also mature ones, white meat “in porchetta” and “in potacchio”.
