Enology 

Innovation and respect for tradition are the leitmotiv of the company. Fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel tanks at a constant temperature of 26°C for 10 days. Aging in large oak barrels, fi nishing at least three months in the bottle.

  • Service Temperature: 16-18° C
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby red with purple hues and brilliant. Fine and intense on the nose with a strong fl oral component reminiscent of the rose. The taste is dry, warm and very balanced.
  • Pairings: Meats fat as “soppressata” without garlic, cheeses, pasta with red sauce or processed pasta dishes with mushrooms or truffl es, also grilled red meat and game-birds.
  • Available Sizes: 750 e 1500 ml in Borgognotta bottle.
